Beta 3 of iPhone OS 4 is now available for download along with an updated version of SDK for iPhone and iPod touch. iPhone OS 4 beta 3 and SDK includes new API upgradings, features and bug fixing. This version will hopefully fix the camera and file uploading issues that overwhelmed beta 2.
